| Vila's 10th UKC Best in Show |

All training and showing came to a sudden halt November 1st when Vila tore her ACL.....she
was ahead of my Pro Hauler running FULL speed and suddenly made a U turn. I elected not to have surgery and I am ATTEMPTING
to keep her quiet (which has been extremely difficult). She is definitely improving but the leg needs to get stronger
before we resume her training. My goal is for Vila to get better, go to UKC Premier in June and then get back to her
training. Since we have to do "quiet" things Vila is learning to retreive, learning to wear a muzzle and doing light
obedience......my most active dog and very hard to keep her quiet!!!!

October 2008 we attended 5 UKC Shows in Las Vegas and Vila got two Best in Shows and one
Reserve Best in Show.....very proud of her. Then she got to do some bitework with the local training group......she
enjoyed the weekend!!!
You are pure potential!!!
Vila received her 6th BEST IN SHOW at a UKC show on October 18, 2008; five days before

The reason a dog has so many friends is that he wags his tail instead of his tongue.

Vila is 16 weeks on August 13th and she weighs 46 pounds. She has started her
PSA/Obedience training. She is VERY outgoing, a bit too independent and very drivey! Her ear wraps will come off August 17th
and I will post some recent pictures.
